Teddy Bears for Kids Fund
The Theodore Roosevelt Association (TRA) Teddy Bears for Kids program, has been providing teddy bears to seriously ill and hospitalized children since 1986. This program donates teddy bears at no cost to children receiving treatment in over hospitals nationwide, aiming to comfort and provide emotional support during stressful and frightening medical situations. The bears help young patients by offering a moment of joy, a hug for comfort, and a boost of courage, making the hospital experience a bit easier for them.
Donations to this fund help keep the supply of teddy bears available for hospitals that request them and support the ongoing mission of the TRA to bring smiles and comfort to sick kids nationwide.
