The Theodore Roosevelt Association has invited the Captain and members of his crew to join us for dinner on Monday evening at the hotel.
Executive Package Fees
Includes a very special dinner showcasing some of California’s best wines and produce at a special location to be announced; Tuesday R/T bus transportation from hotel to ship. Registration fee covers the $30 cost for the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) that includes food onboard, drinks, drawstring bag, water bottle and ID lanyard.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is an active naval vessel and not ADA conforming. You must be able to climb steep stairs/ladders, step over obstacles, and generally be physically fit. ALL adults over age 65 must provide a physician’s note for the Ship’s waiver consideration prior to registering for this event.

Download, print, fill out ALL forms and return to the TRA National Office, along with physician’s note for ALL adults over age 65, no later than Wednesday, July 10th.
Registration forms online must be filled out correctly and all corresponding USS TR Liability, Emergency Contact, Legal Guardian forms and physicians letter for adults over age 65 MUST BE RETURNED TO THE TRA NATIONAL OFFICE BY JULY 10th. If we do not have your forms, you will not be cleared by the SHIP and will not be able to board.
Registration form online will require identification information for EACH person attending this event as requested by the Ship for security clearances (full name and date of birth, PLUS driver’s license #, state id # OR SSN. Please be sure to have ALL of this information ready before your proceed to register online.
