Designation of Justice Laughlin to the Appellate Division

It appearing to my satisfaction that the public interest requires it;

THEREFORE In accordance with section 2 of article VI of the Constitution the
Honorable FRANK C. LAUGHLIN of the city of Buffalo who is a Justice of the Supreme Court of the Eighth Judicial District is hereby designated as Associate Justice of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in and for the Fourth Judicial Department for the term of five years from and after the fifteenth day of January 1900 in the place of William H. Adams who has been designated Presiding Justice of such Department.

GIVEN under my hand and the Privy Seal of the State at the Capitol in the city of Albany this twelfth day of January in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred.
