Revocation of Justice Landon's Designation

WHEREAS the Honorable JUDSON S. LANDON, a Justice of the Supreme Court of the Fourth Judicial District having been here to fore designated to sit as an Associate Justice of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in and for the Third Judicial Department and he having filed his written request that such designation be revoked;

NOW THEREFORE In accordance with the statute in such case made and provided the designation heretofore made of the Honorable JUDSON S. LANDON to sit as Associate Justice of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in and for the Third Judicial Department is hereby and at his own request revoked. GIVEN under my hand and the Privy Seal of the State at the Capitol in the city of Albany this sixth day of January in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred. [L S]
